If we start with which models of car lifts are offered on the UK market, then you can find 2 post Car Lifts, 4 post Car Lifts, scissor lifts or cassette lifts, the same for everyone is that safety must be in order otherwise you have to stay far away from acquire the car lift. There are many car lifts on the UK market where you can question the certification, and since it is your or others' safety that can be endangered, it is most important not just to look at the price.
2 Post car lift
Jema Autolifte has several different types of 2 post lifts depending on what the car lift is to be used for, e.g. we have our fully automatic 2 post lift JA3500T, which is a good and solid car lift, with fully automatic control box, furthermore we have in our basic line series our van lift JA4200T-C which also has fully automatic control box, but also quick arm system which is a great help when you have to make vans. In our Euro line series, we have our Spanish-produced JA3500T-E, which is an electromechanical 2-post car lift also called spindle lift, this model is a car lift we have sold to the very large car workshops on the European market. Furthermore, we have our JA5000CF-E and our JA6000T-E, both lifts are Italian produced and are great products if you work on larger vehicles and prefer European produced Autolifts. All Jema Autolifts 2 post lifts are of course CE certified according to European rules!
4 Post car lift
If you are planning to acquire a 4 post lift, it is again very important to make sure that the company you want to buy your car lift from is in has control over their safety and certification, because just like on the 2 post car lifts, it is your safety that is on games if the various safety devices are not in order or sufficient. Jema Autolifte again has several different models 4 post car lifts, e.g. we can offer the 4 post "parking" lift JA3500F which has a lifting capacity of 3500kg., this lift is primarily for the private user who wants a car lift at home in his garage or for the company that needs to store vehicles and need some more space. The 4 post car lift JA3500F, is the cheapest model we have and works perfectly, and of course has safety locks in all 4 columns, but the safety locks are activated manually and are in our opinion not for the professional car workshop. For this 4 post car lift, a jack can also be purchased for placement between the runways, so that you as a user can have the wheels lifted free and they can be removed.
If you want a 4 post car lift in our basic line series for professional use, then we have 2 different models depending on what lifting capacity and runway length is needed. The 4 post car lift JA4000F is a fantastic 4000kg. car lift, with a runway length of 4888mm, JA4000F is of course fully automatic and is controlled via the easy-to-understand control box, where there are "UP-DOWN-SAFETY LOCK" buttons. We can also offer the "big brother" JA5500F which has a lifting capacity of as much as 5500kg. And a runway length of 5288mm and therefore can take the very long vehicles. Both models have the option of adding a jacking beam between the runways so that the wheels of the car can get free of the runway. On both 4 post car lifts, LED lights can also be purchased so the car is fully lit at the bottom when you have to work on it -> Both car lifts use 380V electrical connection and unless you need a jacking beam that needs compressed air, then it is only electricity connection that must be available. All our basic line 4 Post car lifts are car lifts we have designed and further developed over many years, so we know that we have 3 fantastic basic line 4 Post car lifts that can ready and handle the work required at the UK car workshops.
In our Euro line series, we also have several different models depending on lifting capacity and runway length. If we start with the smallest model, we have our 4 post car lift JA5000F-E produced in Spain by one of the oldest manufacturers in Europe, this 4 post car lift has a lifting capacity of 5000kg. and is also an alignment lift, which means the lift has room for turntables for the front wheels and sliding plates for the rear wheels so the wheels on the car have the correct position when the car is to be aligned. The JA5000F-E also has the option of having a jacking beam between the runways, simply a fantastic car lift, which has been sold to many large car repair shops on the UK market.
As something completely new, Jema Autolifte can offer the groundbreaking 4 post car lift JA5001F-E with auxiliary lifters in the runways that make any jacking beams superfluous. The 4 post car lift JA5001F-E has a lifting capacity of 5000kg. And is also an alignment lift and can therefore be used for both normal. mechanical work and for alignment. Last but not least, we have our JA12000F-E which has a lifting capacity of 12000kg. And is for smaller trucks or large vans. The 4 post car lift is a fantastic quality car lift that is also produced in Spain. Common to all 3 models is that both quality and functionality are top notch and not available better on the UK market.
