We purchased some JEMA 5500 hoists for our professional garage set-up in Juba, South Sudan in 2015 and we have been using them since that time. The hoists have had minor problems only such as small gaskets to be changed, cables to be renewed, etc. – all because of normal “wear and tear”.
We have later on also sold a few of the same hoist type to colleagues and aid & development organisations in the region and we have had only good response from them. This is evidencing the good quality of the JEMA hoists.
We have also got a good back-up support from JEMA over the years and accordingly we have no problem in recommending JEMA to potential buyers of hoists.
