Among other things, we have plastic protection for the mounting head (JA1004PK) that helps to avoid scratching the rims when you change the tyres and if you want to be even more confident in avoiding scratches on the rims, we can also supply a plastic mounting head (JA1003PH) that is absolutely perfect for working on aluminum rims.
It is also important to make sure that the plastic protection on the bead breaker (DWB1040) is intact so that you protect your rims when you have to press the tyre free of the rim. When the wheel is placed on the turntable, we can offer two different types of plastic protection for the claws (JA1005PP / JA1006PP) so you ensure that you do not scratch the rims when the claws grip the rims.
When changing tyres, you as a user can advantageously mount our rim protectors (JA0012FB) and with the above protection devices, you are fully protected, so it is safe and easy to change tyres without subsequent scratches on the rims.
We can also offer valve screwdriver (11960), Valve pliers (52649), tyre holder (JA0010TH), valves in different sizes, tyre mounting paste, tyre paste brush, and two different auxiliary arms depending on which tyre device you have.
The tyre holder is a fantastic accessory for removing and fitting tyres, as it makes sure to keep the tyre down in the bead on the rim, and therefore gives more leeway to get the tyre core down between the rim and tyres, and at the same time it also means that you have less tendency to scratch the rims.
In our Tyre changer range (JA1103BW) you will find most of the necessary protection devices that you will need during the installation and removal of tyres. Furthermore, there are also 3 different lengths of valves if they need to be replaced at the same moment.
Before fitting the new tyre, it is always important to lubricate the tyre with e.g., Tyre mounting paste 5kg. (593-0642) with the tyre grease brush (593-0584) - this ensures that the tyre slides easily on the rim and the tyre is not damaged during installation.
We have three different lengths of valves that you can change when the tyres need to be changed. We have i.a. valves with the lengths 45mm, 51mm and 64mm, then you are covered according to what kind of tyres you need to change.
Within tyre changer accessories do Jema Autolifte also supply motorcycle / ATV adapter (JA1090MA) which is the perfect solution when you need to change tyres on motorcycles, ATVs or other small wheels in general. The motorcycle / ATV adapters give you a firm grip on the wheels and make sure the claws can get all the way in and hold on to the smaller wheels. For the motorcycle / ATV adapters, you can also buy plastic protection for the claws JA1005PP, so that you again protect your rims.
If you when you brought your tyre changer did chose a tyre changer with auxiliary arm, we also offer our two different auxiliary arms depending on which tyre changer you have purchased. If you have the smaller DWB tyre changer, you can advantageously buy our DWB + auxiliary arm (DWB1078) - in our Basic line series, this auxiliary arm provides an "extra hand" to push the tyre down when the tyre needs to be removed or fitted.
If, on the other hand, you have our tyre changer DWB-1, we have our tyre auxiliary arm (DWB1068). This tyre support accessory has several functions and gives you as a user even more support and freedom to change tyres without problems with scratches on the rims, back pain or other problems that can occur when changing tyres.
